Why don’t you take insurance?

I choose to operate as a cash-pay practice because it allows me to focus on providing personalized care without the administrative complexities of insurance billing, which ultimately enables me to offer a more dedicated and flexible treatment approach. Generally, this translates to lesser overall visits and longer term solutions for patients.

Sliding scale payment plans available on request.

I will provide you with an itemized bill with traditional ICD-10 and CPT codes for reimbursement from your insurance provider upon request.

What should I expect in a session?

Assessment

I will collect data on your symptoms. Much of this will take place prior to our initial appointment. This will include your emotional status, social support, pain patterning and additional information that will give me a glimpse into your daily routines.

Education

We will discuss anatomy, behavioral change, body mechanics and various other education including modifications to your daily life and/or additions of self care modalities.

Exercise Program

We will formulate a plan together to achieve your goals. This will include various exercises and behavioral modifications and will be guided and tracked so that we can discuss adherence and symptom mapping.
